Double Exposure

Jada and i created this picture one day by putting my picture and hers together. (We exposed the paper to my picture then quickly put it on her enlarger and exposed it again to her picture) We had the idea because our pictures were similar minus the fact that she had a cat and I had a human. The focal point i would say is kind of around the noses. I like this picture but wish it could have come out a little closer to what we were wanting, having the cat and human eye on top of one another. 

Pets and Point of View

I thought it was easy to get this picture because i was just sitting by my horse with the camera and watched as she started playing with the rope swing. i did have to position her i just had to get myself in a good angle and snap the picture. I think this is a good picture because its not ordinary and you can really see the detail of the rope and her face, i also like this because the main focus is her mouth with leading factors to that spot in the picture.

This picture isn't the best example of point of view, but i like what it captures. The film in my camera was messed up and faded out so i used this picture from down town.

Close up and Reflections

I found it very easy and fun to get a close up picture, my main focus in this picture is the big yellow flower which stands out the most and having the background blurred helped it stand out even more. I like how much detail you can get from a close up picture and how it blurs the surrounding really capturing the main focus.

I got this picture on a rainy day in the breezeway. I wanted tot trey to get the reflections of some surrounding trees and of the petals.

Architecture

This picture could be used as a background on a screen-savor or it could be used to advertise this church. My picture captures not only the font of the building but the angle i chose to take the picture of, makes the building, and placement seam peaceful.

Photoshop Backround

I liked how you could put a picture in a completely different area than where the image was actually taken. I also like how easy the process of moving a picture is, but what I didn't like was how deleting parts of the picture could become very difficult if the contrast between your object and what you are taken it out of isn't very strong.

I think this technique could be helpful for a photographer who is trying to capture someone without flaws. Also it could be helpful for someone who wants to post "flawless"pictures of themselves.

Panning

 

My picture is of a person in motion. I was on shutter speed 1/60 because I wanted it to be clear but still have some blur.

People & Shadow

So in this picture I went into the bubble and I liked the different lines and shadows the chairs and table projected onto the ground. the light in this photo came from many windows that are directly behind the table.

I had this person sit on the top of the stair rail while I went to the flight of stairs beneath him. I like this picture because he fills part of the picture with him body while his left arm draws a line to the rest of the picture. Then to fill the space on the right side of the photo the line painted on the wall combined with the stair rail and tile pattern draw your eyes downward.
